Prior to entering the private sector Miguel spent eleven years as a staff member with the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate where he was promoted to directly advise the Congressmen on a diverse platform of issues.

Aimee Carbone

Aimee has been a professional Graphic Designer for 15 years specializing in print design. She collaborates with clients from coast to coast to create print materials from corporate identity packages to trade show booths, and everything in between. Before becoming a full-time freelance designer, Aimee worked in an advertising agency where she managed two designers and communicated directly with clients to establish, plan and execute marketing needs.

Prior to moving to Arizona, Aimee established and managed the in-house graphic design department in a start-up insurance technology company based in the Boston area, which provided marketing direction and support to insurance franchises nationwide.

Jose Olivas

Jose is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive leader with a strong portfolio of success orchestrating the strategies, design and systems architecture of diverse technology networks across a platform of industries. As a Partner in Olivas International and Principal of the RBDI Group he has managed contractual obligations for over 150 clients with needs ranging from WAN/LAN to VoIP, and project management to organization development. In addition to management of client computer network systems, he provides multi-level web services such as web design, advanced web programming, custom hosting, CAD/3D, E-commerce, graphic design and marketing campaigns. Mike Hermes

Mike is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive leader with a strong portfolio of success orchestrating growth and optimization of diverse policy issues within Aviation, Chemical, Pharmacology, and National Security industries. Mike’s leadership roles span over thirty years starting with honoring his nation as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam Conflict and approximately 20 years with the MITRE Corporation. Mike provides technical leadership, transformation and collaboration expertise over a wide range of projects for private and public agencies. His experience spans into the destruction and demilitarization of chemical weapons, and in safety and security-critical aviation operations and systems.

He possesses combined government expertise and education culminating in post graduate work toward a PhD in Pharmacology/Toxicology, and holds a BS in Chemistry and Pharmacology.

David Gutierrez

David is an accomplished executive leader with a strong portfolio of success orchestrating the design, strategies and execution of diverse policy issues within National Security and Native American Affairs. David’s leadership roles span over 30 years, ending as the Assistant Chief Patrol Agent with the Tucson Sector Border Patrol. He served as the chief liaison officer for Tribal affairs where he negotiated and directed the development of the first law-enforcement center on a tribal reservation. His experience led him to coordinate efforts with the public, military and agencies at all levels of government.

He holds combined government expertise and education culminating in post graduate work at Harvard’s Congressional Affairs fellowship and US Government Graduate studies; graduate of the U.S. Border Patrol Academy and holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics.

John J. Klein

John’s leadership roles span over 40 years, the final 13 years serving as the President/CEO of Central Arizona College.

Foster Exposé

While working at Baker Hughes Incorporated he designed global compliance policies, succession planning, and employee training curriculums. He engineers communication and campaign initiatives by implementing transformation principles with core functions of human perspectives and organization development integration. Additionally, he served as the Harris County Clerk’s leadership development trainer. He developed organization wide assessments to increase executive buy-in and employee empowerment.
